Crystal Light Therapy” combines the power of Color Therapy and Crystal Healing. Seven quartz crystals are suspended above, while you are lying comfortably on a massage table. Each of the quartz crystals is aligned to each of the chakra frequencies. This therapy, radiates light and energy through the crystals, producing a cocoon-like energy field around your body. This allows one to bring the chakras into balance, as well as your auric field the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
The Process: “Crystal Light Therapy” is safe and non-invasive. The person receiving the healing is fully-clothed, an eye pillow is optional. Denise will start you off with, the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls. Solfeggio tones are played on a headset, helping to open your mind, body, and soul to harmonize to the Universe’s tune. This therapy helps to release negative energetic and emotional blockages within us. The energy may feel like waves or a vibration flowing through you. Clients have experienced pain relief, clarity, stress and anxiety release, feeling more balanced and peaceful. This therapy can bring you out of the beta monkey mind and into an alpha meditative state. The copper light fixture is a conductor of energy, while the crystals amplify the healing energy. Setting an Intention, as to what you want to manifest, will be amplified.
